Building the Future of Product Operations
I can't believe how far we've come.
Three of us in Lisbon last quarter. Sunny day, cold drinks. Planning the next six months.
"We definitely won't need to hire until Q2 next year."
We were unanimous. We were all dead wrong.
I called it our £1M team. At capacity we'd deliver £90K+ of Airtable services per month.
Turns out we need a £2M team. Not right away, but that's where we're headed.
What We're Seeing
Every product team we talk to is drowning:
- Master data living in 15 different places
- Simple updates taking weeks
- Marketing can't plan launches
- Development cycles getting longer
- Teams working overtime just to keep up
We're fixing it.
What We've Built
An operating system for product-driven brands. 250+ people at companies like Jaded London, Passenger, and Strathberry are using it. Customer satisfaction at 4.5/5. NPS of 9. Airtable just named us their Gold Partner for vertical solutions.
Take Jaded LDN. They went from Cin7 and 15+ Excel files to 4 connected Airtable apps as they grew from £25M to £65M. That's what happens when you nail product operations.
Our framework combines deep product knowledge with battle-tested components. We've spent 18 months refining it, listening to customers, shipping solutions. The market needed this - that's why we're growing so fast.
How We Work
Seven of us plus our dev contractor. All remote. Meet up quarterly somewhere nice.
Our values are evolving with us:
- Go Together - We're in this with our clients
- Find a Way - Complex problems need creative solutions
- Lead with Energy - Move fast, stay optimistic, drive impact
Some days we nail it. Others we learn from.
Who We Need
Growing fast. Current openings:
- 2x Airtable Implementation Specialists
- 1x Project Delivery Manager
The delivery manager role is new. Might need to be part BA, part solution designer. We're still working it out. But that's the point - we're building the team structure our clients need, not just following someone else's playbook.
You'll work with solution architects who design the big picture and automation experts who make anything possible with Make.com.
Fair warning: we're still figuring stuff out. Some days are messy. That's how building something new works.
You'll love it here if you:
- Solve messy operational problems
- Build new things
- Handle ambiguity well
- Want to write the playbook, not follow it
Why It Matters
Retail is changing fast. Old ways of working are breaking. Brands need better operations.
You'll be on the frontline. Working with brands you know. Using the latest tech to solve real problems.
Where We're Headed
That team in Lisbon thinking we wouldn't hire until Q2? Wrong about timing. Right about one thing.
This is just the beginning.
Want to help write what's next?
Let's talk.
