The most memorable brands today aren't just launching products - they're creating moments that capture people's imagination. But here's the thing: those magical product moments? They rarely come from teams trapped in endless status meetings and spreadsheet hell.
After a decade at Peoplevox (we grew from startup to £20M exit) and time at SupplyCompass, I saw how the best brands were being held back. Not by their creativity - by their operations. The ones using ERPs and PLMs were still orchestrating product launches through email chains. The ones building custom software were burning time and money.
Then I discovered Airtable. Tech giants like Netflix and Apple were already running operations on it. But it took us building custom apps for innovative brands like Jaded LDN and RIXO to realize something bigger: brands didn't just need better tools, they needed a proven system for turning great ideas into launched products.
This led to the Nolo Framework. Honestly? Getting here wasn't smooth sailing. The Framework emerged from real-world lessons - not from theory, but from seeing what helps teams create remarkable products consistently. Today, we're a team of seven (growing in 2025) working with some of the most exciting brands in the industry. Names like Strathberry, Wild Cosmetics, and Jaded London are using our Framework to launch products that stand out.
We specialise in working with innovative brands who are constantly pushing boundaries, and established brands who know their rigid systems are holding back their product innovation. As a self-funded startup, we're not just building apps, we're creating Operating Systems.
When you get operations right, teams can focus on innovation instead of administration. The spreadsheets, the status meetings, the constant firefighting - none of that helps bring magical product moments to life.
